Brothers.....Your GRAND LODGE TAXES are Due no Lather than January 1st, 2013. After that date, you are subject to be dropped by the MWPHGL of PA. Please get your Dues in as soon as possible to avoid paying reinstatement fees. Please Take Heed and Govern Yourselves Accordingly.

          Points of general information:

1. ALL checks should be made out to Bethel Lodge #47

2. All checks shall have note on memo line identifying to which committee funds shall be deposited.

3. Generally checks will be deposited the Friday morning after lodge meeting. Ther are occasions where the deposits are made later in the month over I will try to keep that at a minimum. If you have questions concerning a check status, please do not hesitate and contact me.

4. Brothers plan on what is described aboved concrning deposits however we all have times when things might get tight. If funds are not going to be available for a few days, please inform both the Sectretary and myself upon tendering funds. We would rather make arrangements than deal with returned checks. This shall be on a very limited basis
